摘 要:对某型号的驱动桥壳进行了静力学以及动力学有限元分析。在CATIA中建立该驱动桥壳的模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench对其进行静力学、模态以及谐响应分析,其主要目的是为了研究该驱动桥壳在最大垂向力工况下的应力情况,在受到路面激励时是否会共振以及发生共振时各零部件的应力情况。分析结果表明,驱动桥壳在最大垂向力工况下的应力符合设计要求,且其不会因为受到路面的激励而发生共振以及在发生共振的情况下,各零部件的应力仍然符合设计要求。The static and dynamic finite element analysis of a certain type of drive axle housing is carried out.Firstly,the model of the drive axle housing is built in CATIA,and then ANSYS Workbench is introduced to analyze its statics,modal and harmonic response.The main purpose is to study the stress of the drive axle housing under the maximum vertical force condition,whether it will resonate when it is excited by the road surface and the stress of each component when it resonates.The final analysis results show that the stress of the driving axle housing under the maximum vertical force condition meets the design requirements,and it will not resonate because of the excitation of the road surface.In the case of resonance,the stress of each component still meets the design requirements.
