摘 要:温升是直流快速断路器设计的重要考核指标,对断路器的机械性能和绝缘强度有重要影响。本文以某型直流快速断路器为研究对象,在主回路铜排尺寸设计一定的情况下,将额定电流由4000 A扩展到5000 A,通过温升仿真分析其合理性,并通过增加散热器以及优化其结构,使其电流等级扩展方案可行。并通过温升试验证明了其可行性。Temperature rise is an important evaluation index for the design of fast DC circuit breaker and have a significant impact on the mechanical performance and insulation strength of circuit breakers.In this paper,a type of fast DC circuit breakers is taken as the research object,and the rated current is expanded from 4000 A up to 5000 A under the condition that the size of the copper bar in the main circuit is fixed.Temperature rise simulations based on Finite Element Analysis are introduced,which shows that the current level expansion scheme by adding radiator and optimizing structure is feasible.Then,the feasibility of the scheme is proved by temperature rise test.
