摘  要:本文主要讲述低压笼型三相异步电动机定转子气隙对电机运转的机械性能和电气性能的影响,进而说明电机气隙的大小在电机设计中的重要性,对电机气隙的选取、气隙大小与电机性能之间的关系、气隙不均匀度的计算及影响进行简单的介绍。最后指出选取和保障最佳的电机气隙值对保障电机运行性能至关重要,而零部件质量和及其装配工艺是保证电机气隙均匀的关键。In this paper,the influences of air gap between stator and rotor on the mechanical and electrical performance of low-voltage squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor are described.The importance of air gap length in motor design is explained.The selection of the air gap,the relationship between the of the air gap length and the performance of the motor,the calculation and influences of the air gap unevenness are introduced in brief.Finally,it is pointed out that the selection of the gap length is of importance for the motor’s performances and that the quality of the component parts and their assembly process are the key of realizing of the gap’s evenness.
