摘 要:为优化中压配电板品字形汇流排及其支撑设计结构,针对板内品字形汇流排与穿墙套管之间的间隙匹配问题,本文采用有限元仿真的方法,在计算了汇流排端部分别处于自由状态和理想约束时,其动稳定应力分布的基础上,着重研究了两种品字形尾屏汇流排与穿墙套管之间的间隙对汇流排动稳定作用力的影响,得出汇流排与穿墙套管之间间隙的允许值,具有重要的工程意义。In order to optimize the design structure of busbar and its support of medium-voltage switchboard,aiming at the problem of the clearance between busbar and wall-through sleeve,the stress distribution of dynamically stable busbar in the case of its end being in free state and under ideal constraint conditions is calculated by FEM simulation.And based on this,the influences of the clearance between busbar and wall-through sleeve on the dynamic stability of two kinds of busbars are mainly analysed.Further more,the accepted value of the clearance between busbar and wall-through sleeve of medium-voltage switchboard is derived,which is of much engineering significance.
