建筑施工中高层住宅施工管理问题探究

摘　　要：高层住宅施工难度较大,需要进行大量的吊装作业、高空作业等,如果缺少有效的管理措施会增加安全事故以及住宅质量问题的出现几率,无法为作业人员提供有效的安全保障,也无法保证后续住宅的使用质量。基于此,本文深入分析了当前建筑施工中高层住宅施工管理存在的问题,并在问题的基础之上提出了相应的解决措施,以期可以提升施工管理效率。The construction of high-rise residential buildings is difficult and requires a lot of hoisting operations and high-altitude operations.The lack of effective management measures will increase the probability of safety accidents and residential quality problems,and cannot provide effective safety guarantees for operators and guarantee the quality of subsequent residential use.Based on this,this article deeply analyzes the existing problems of high-rise residential construction management in current building construction,and proposes corresponding solutions based on the problems,in order to improve the efficiency of construction management.
