摘　　要：目的:探讨3D腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者经自然腔道取标本(NOSES)的护理配合方法。方法:将301例接受常规腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者设为对照组,采取常规腔镜手术护理配合。将105例接受NOSES手术患者设为观察组,给予积极护理配合。比较两组临床效果。结果:两组术后疼痛评分及切口感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D腹腔镜下直肠癌NOSES术是安全可行的,熟练的术中护理配合是手术成功的重要保证。Objective:To discuss the nursing cooperation methods of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)for patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer under 3D laparoscope.Methods:A total of 301 cases of patients receiving conventional laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer were set as the control group,and 105 cases of patients receiving conventional endoscopic surgery cooperation were set as the observation group with NOSES.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in postoperative pain score and incision infection rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:This is safe and feasible for NOSES through 3D laparoscopic,and skilled intraoperative care is an important guarantee for successful surgery.
