摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理干预对颅底肿瘤切除术后患者吞咽功能的影响。方法:将2019年1月1日~2020年6月30日77例颅底肿瘤切除术后存在吞咽功能障碍的患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组37例,对照组采用常规治疗和护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理干预。比较两组患者满意度、吞咽功能恢复及焦虑、抑郁情况。结果:观察组满意度、吞咽功能恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组吞咽功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预应用于颅底肿瘤切除术后患者,可提高治疗效果和满意度,改善患者吞咽困难,缓解焦虑、抑郁程度。Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on swallowing function of patients after cranial base tumor resection.Methods:A total of 77 patients with dysphagia after cranial base tumor resection from January 1,2019 to June 30,2020 were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(37 cases).Routine treatment and nursing measures were adopted in the control group,and high quality nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction,swallowing function recovery,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results:Satisfaction and total effective rate of swallowing function recovery were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),swallowing function score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing intervention in patients after cranial base tumor resection can promote the treatment effect and satisfaction,improve patients dysphagia,and relieve the level of anxiety and depression.
