摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌患者创伤后成长与自我效能的现状,并分析二者之间的关系。方法:采用横断面调查的方式,应用创伤后成长问卷和癌症患者自我管理效能感量表,对山东省某三级甲等医院260例结直肠癌患者进行调查。结果:结直肠癌患者创伤后成长总分为(54.43±17.435)分,自我管理效能总分为(97.84±24.991)分,创伤后成长各维度及总分与自我管理效能各维度及总分均呈正相关。结论:结直肠癌患者创伤后成长与自我效能关系密切,在临床护理工作中可以加强结直肠癌患者自我效能管理,提高其创伤后成长水平。Objective:To explore the status of post-traumatic growth and self-efficacy in colorectal cancer patients,and analyze the relationship between them.Methods:A total of 260 patients with colorectal cancer in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Shandong province were investigated by means of cross-sectional survey using post-traumatic growth Scale and self-management efficacy scale of cancer patients.Results:The total score of post-traumatic growth of colorectal cancer patients was(54.43±17.435),and the total score of self-management efficacy was(97.84±24.991).All dimensions and total scores of post-traumatic growth were positively correlated with each dimension and total score of self-management efficacy.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between post-traumatic growth and self-efficacy in patients with colorectal cancer.In clinical nursing work,self-efficacy management can be strengthened in patients with colorectal cancer to improve their post-traumatic growth.
