摘 要:以2种沉水植物密刺苦草、菹草为试验材料,用质量浓度5 g/L的海菜花浸提液处理,到期测定因此产生的化感作用。结果表明,在质量浓度5 g/L的海菜花浸提液处理下,菹草和密刺苦草的SOD活性、POD活性和脯氨酸含量均下降,丙二醛含量显著升高。叶绿素a、b含量也有不同程度的下降,其中,浸提液处理组菹草中叶绿素与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),浸提液处理组密刺苦草叶绿素含量与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明海菜花浸提液化感物质对密刺苦草、菹草均有胁迫作用,胁迫作用的强弱顺序为密刺苦草>菹草。The allelopathy were determined by using two kinds of submerged plants(Vallisneria natans,Potamogeton crispus)as experimental materials,and treated with the extract of Ottelia acuminata with a mass concentration of 5 g/L.The results showed that under the treatment of 5 g/L of Ottelia acuminata extract,the SOD activity,POD activity and proline content of allisneria natans and Potamogeton crispus decreased,and the MDA content increased significantly.The content of chlorophyll a and b also decreased in different degrees.The chlorophyll content in Potamogeton crispus in the extract treatment group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05),and the chlorophyll content in Vallisneria natans in the extract treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.01).It was shown that the liquifictive substances extracted from Ottelia acuminata had the stress effect on Vallisneria natans and Potamogeton crispus,and the order of the stress was Vallisneria natans>Potamogeton crispus.
