摘 要:研究了结构参数(前角、后角、螺旋角)对整体式铣刀切削加工模具钢SKD61时切削力、切削温度、刀具磨损特性和工作寿命的影响。结果表明:前角对切削力的影响程度大于后角;较大的前角有利于切屑的有效排除,降低切削力;较大的后角可降低切削力,但会一定程度降低切削刃的刚度,易引起切削刃的异常颤振和崩刃;在侧铣过程中,螺旋角越小,刀具与工件接触距离越长,刀具散热效果越好,且利于侧铣切屑的排除;刀具最终的失效方式均为前刀面出现大面积月牙洼磨损和崩碎脱落;在试验参数范围内,当刀具前角为7°、后角为10°、螺旋角为30°时,刀具切削性能最好。The influence of structural parameters(front angle,back angle,helix angle)are studied of the cutting force,cutting temperature,tool wear characteristics and working life of the integrated milling cutter when cutting die steel SKD61.The results show that the effect of the rake angle on the cutting force is greater than that of the rake angle,and a larger rake angle can facilitate the effective removal of chips and reduce the cutting force.A larger rake angle can reduce the cutting force,but will reduce the rigidity of the cutting edge to a certain extent and is easy to cause abnormal chattering and chipping of the cutting edge.In the side milling process,the smaller the helix angle is,the longer the distance is between the tool and the workpiece and the better the cooling effect of the tool is,and it is conducive to the removal of side milling chips.The ultimate failure methods of the tool are a large area of crater wear and chipping on the rake face.Within the range of experimental parameters,when the front angle of the tool is 7°,the back angle is 10°,and the helix angle is 30°,the cutting performance of the tool is the best.
