摘 要:通过对UGNX多轴编程的研究发现,在现有UGNX加工模块下编制凸轮和环道等特殊曲面加工程序时存在刀轨进出刀较多、杂乱和分布不均匀等问题,影响了曲面加工质量。本文将加工曲面展开生成二维平面铣刀轨,并将二维平面铣刀轨缠绕到加工曲面生成多轴加工刀轨,并利用CIMCOEdit几何仿真软件进行了仿真加工和二次优化。结果表明,该方法解决了UGNX对特殊曲面加工能力不足的问题,提升了特殊曲面加工刀轨的合理性和准确性,并提高了多轴加工编程效率。Through the investigation of UG NX multi-axis programming,it is found that when program special surface processing programs such as cams and loops under UG NX,there are problems such as many tool paths,clutter and uneven distribution,which affect the surface processing quality.In this paper,the processed surface is expanded to generate two-dimensional planar milling tool paths,and the tool paths are winded onto the processed surface to generate multi-axis processing tool paths.The CIMCO Edit geometric simulation software is used for simulating the processing and secondary optimization.Actual processing shows that,this method can solve the problem of UG NX shortage in special curved surface processing,improve the rationality and accuracy of tool paths,and enhance the multi-axis programming efficiency.
