摘　　要：由于采购和搬迁国外二手纸机项目具有特殊性和复杂性,本文以华邦古楼新材料有限公司引进国外二手纸机的项目为例,着重介绍项目执行过程中的经验与教训。实践证明,在采购和搬迁二手纸机前,应对其生产系统、生产设备、搬迁范围和维修改造等一系列问题进行评估,将对后期项目的执行有很大帮助;联合有经验的工程服务公司,从前期设备状态、生产工艺和系统、设备利用范围、维修维护方法、搬迁与改造方案以及后期安装等多方面进行了规划和实施,才能保证项目的顺利实施。Due to the particularity and complexity of the procurement and relocation of foreign second-hand paper machine projects.This pa⁃per focused on the experiences and lessons in the project implementation process about the"Winbon Schoeller New Materials Co.,Ltd.".Practice has proved that prior to purchase and relocate the second-hand paper machine,it is necessary to evaluate a series of issues such as process system,equipment,engineer scope,maintenance and rebuild,etc.Winbon Schoeller worked with the experienced engineering company to conduct studies on previous conditions of equipment,production process and system,equipment utilization scope,maintenance method,relocation and rebuild scheme,installation,etc.
