摘 要:本研究利用氧化聚乙烯蜡对58号石蜡进行物理改性,联合乳化剂OP-10制备出性能稳定的改性石蜡乳液,探讨了配方组成和乳化工艺对乳液性能的影响,并评价了改性石蜡乳液对纸张的表面施胶效果。结果表明,在乳液固含量为30%,乳化剂用量为7%,m(58号石蜡)∶m(氧化聚乙烯蜡)=21∶2、搅拌速度1000 r/min、乳化温度70℃、乳化时间4 min的条件下,改性石蜡乳液的固含量、粒度和稳定性等各项指标明显优于常规石蜡乳液。经改性石蜡乳液表面施胶的纸张施胶度为1.5 mm,180 s后润湿角下降1.35°;且与未施胶纸相比,纸张抗张指数和耐破指数分别提高了8.84%和15.56%;表明改性石蜡乳液是一种优良的纸张施胶剂。In this paper,oxidized polyethylene wax was used to physically modify No.58 paraffin,combined with emulsifier OP-10 to pre⁃pare a stable modified paraffin emulsion.The effect of formulation composition and emulsification process on the performance of the emul⁃sion was discussed,and the sizing effeet of modified paraffin emulsion on the surface of paper was evaluated.The results showed that under the condition of emulsion solid content of 30%,in which emulsifier of 7%,m(No.58 paraffin)∶m(oxidized polyethylene wax)=21∶2,stir⁃ring speed was 1000 r/min,emulsification temperature was 70℃and emulsification time was 4 min,the solid content,particle size and sta⁃bility of modified paraffin emulsion were significantly better than conventional paraffin emulsion.The sizing degree of the modified paraffin wax emulsion surface sizing paper was 1.5 mm,and the wetting angle decreased by 1.35°after sizing times of 180 s;compared with the un⁃sized paper,the tensile index and burst index of sizing paper increased by 8.84%and 15.56%,respectively.It showed that modified paraf⁃fin wax emulsion was an excellent paper sizing agent.
