摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压钢板(LCP)技术治疗肱骨肥大型骨不连的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月至2018年12月治疗的45例肱骨肥大性骨不连患者的临床资料,患者应用LCP进行治疗,随访时结合X线片、Neer肩关节功能评分、Mayo肘关节功能评分评估患者的肩关节和肘关节功能。结果末次随访所有患者骨不连均得到愈合,愈合时间为7~16个月,平均(8.71±3.20)个月。3例拆除内固定剧烈活动后再骨折,同样方案治疗后愈合;2例桡神经麻痹者给予营养神经治疗后恢复;1例患者出现伤口脂肪液化,换药后痊愈。末次随访时,患者Neer肩关节功能评分、Mayo肘关节功能评分均高于术前(P<0.01),肩关节优良率为88.89%,肘关节优良率为84.44%。结论LCP技术治疗肱骨肥大型骨不连可获得较满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of locking compression plate(LCP)technology in the treatment of humeral hypertrophic nonunion.Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with humeral hypertrophic nonunion treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were treated with LCP.The shoulder and elbow joint functions of patients were evaluated by X-ray,Neer shoulder joint function score and Mayo elbow joint function score during follow-up.Results At the last follow-up,nonunions of all patients healed,and the healing time was 7-16 months,with an average of(8.71±3.20)months.There were 3 cases of refracture after removal of internal fixation and strenuous exercise,and healed after the same treatment scheme;2 cases of radial nerve paralysis recovered after nutritional nerve treatment;1 case of wound fat liquefaction recovered after dressing change.At the last follow-up,Neer shoulder joint function score and Mayo elbow joint function score were higher than those before operation(P<0.01).The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint was 88.89%,and the excellent and good rate of elbow joint was 84.44%.Conclusion LCP technology in the treatment of humeral hypertrophic nonunion can achieve satisfactory clinical effects.
