盐酸贝那普利联合比索洛尔治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸贝那普利联合比索洛尔治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的208例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机将其分为对照组(104例,盐酸贝那普利)和观察组(104例,盐酸贝那普利+比索洛尔)。比较两组治疗前、后的血压、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、血管活性指标、血管内皮指标、心功能指标。结果治疗后,两组的DBP、SBP、IMT均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Hcy、BNP、ET-1水平均降低,NO水平均升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVDd、LVDs均减小,FS、LVEF均升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸贝那普利联合比索洛尔治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果显著,可改善患者血压、血管活性、血管内皮及心功能指标。Objective To explore the clinical effect of benazepril hydrochloride combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 208 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(104 cases,benazepril hydrochloride)and observation group(104 cases,benazepril hydrochloride+bisoprolol).The blood pressure,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),vascular activity index,vascular endothelial indexes and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,DBP,SBP,IMT of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy,BNP and ET-1 in the two groups decreased,and NO level increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVDd and LVDs in the two groups reduced,FS and LVEF increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril hydrochloride combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the blood pressure,vascular activity,vascular endothelial and cardiac function indexes of patients.
