经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果

摘　　要：目的通过对比经尿道电切术和双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果,分析经尿道双极等离子电切术的临床价值。方法选择本院收治的70例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,采取抽签的方法将其分为试验组(35例,经尿道双极等离子电切术)和对照组(35例,经尿道电切术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的手术时间、尿管留置时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,切除组织重量大于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,两组的IPSS和QOL评分均低于术前(P<0.05);术后6个月,试验组的QOL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果确切,能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量。Objective To analyze the clinical value of transurethral bipolar plasma resection by comparig the effects of transurethral resection and bipolar plasma resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Seventy patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group(35 cases,transurethral bipolar plasma resection)and control group(35 cases,transurethral resection)by drawing lots.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and indwelling time of urinary catheter in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was less that in the control group,and excised tissue weight was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after operation,IPSS and QOL scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation(P<0.05);at 6 month after operation,QOL score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral bipolar plasma resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has exact treatment effect,which can shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss volume.
