摘  要:目标选择是常规导弹部队进行精确打击的前提和基础。论文根据常规导弹作战特点,分析确定了现代战争中常规导弹打击目标选择的评价指标体系,并运用效度系数法对评价指标进行了有效性检验。针对现有评价方法过于主观的问题,也为了更好地融合评价指标中的确定性指标和模糊性指标,提出了改进的熵权—PROMETHEE评价方法,使评价结果更加科学准确。通过算例验证,此方法可以很好地对目标进行综合排序,为决策者选择打击目标提供可靠的数据支撑。Target selection is the premise and basis for conventional missile forces to make accurate strikes.According to the characteristics of conventional guided missile operation,this paper analyzes and determines the evaluation index system of conven⁃tional missile strike target selection in modern warfare.Aiming at the problem that the evaluation method is too subjective,and in or⁃der to better integrate the deterministic index and fuzzy index in the evaluation index,an improve entropy weight-PROMETHEE evaluation method is proposed to make the evaluation result more scientific and accurate.The example proves that method can sort the target well and provide reliable data for decision maker to choose the hit target.
