摘 要:论文通过对某电点火具封接玻璃贮存过程中出现裂纹的原因进行了分析与研究,并进行了相关验证试验。经分析,封接玻璃与金属封接之后,贮存过程中并不会出现裂纹;当作为零部件进行装配后,若封接玻璃所能承受的最大破坏力与装配力接近,且在后续贮存过程中持续受到应力作用时,会逐渐产生裂纹,导致产品缺陷的产生。为同类产品以及使用封接玻璃零部件的产品设计提供了参考。This article analyzes and studies the causes of cracks in the storage process of an electric igniter sealing glass,and conducts related verification tests.After analysis,after the sealing glass is sealed with the metal,no cracks will occur during stor⁃age.After assembling as a component,if the maximum destructive force that the sealing glass can withstand is close to the assembly force and continues to be stressed during subsequent storage,cracks will gradually occur,leading to product defects.It provides a ref⁃erence for similar products and product designs using sealed glass parts.
