摘　　要：为了更好地、全面综合地评价湖南省的板栗品种资源,加速板栗良种选育的进程,本文采用野外调查与实验室测定相结合的方式,以“铁粒头”为对照,对湖南4个不同板栗品种(新田品种、临湘1号品种、石门品种和城步品种)的栗果实长宽、坚果长宽等外观品质和粗脂肪、蛋白质等内在品质进行测定分析,并采用打分的方法对其进行综合评判。结果表明:相比对照,临湘1号品种和石门品种各项指标总评价结果更优异,可作为优选对象。In order to better and comprehensively evaluate the resources of chestnut varieties in Hunan Province and accelerate the process of chestnut varieties breeding,compared with“Tielitou”,a combination of field investigation and laboratory determination was adopted to measure and analyze the appearance indicators such as the chestnut length and width of chestnut fruit,and the interior quality indicators such ascrude fat and protein.Comprehensive evaluation was carried out by scoring method.The results showed that the overall evaluation of various indicators of“Linxiang”and“Shimen”varieties was more excellent,and could be used as the preferred object.
