摘 要:对1年生山乌桕苗木开展了GGR6促根处理及苗木培育密度试验。结果表明:GGR6处理能显著增加1年生苗木Ⅰ级侧根的数量,形成山乌桕富根苗;随着单位面积苗木株数的增加,苗木的地径生长减少,苗木质量下降。据试验结果并结合生产实际,确定合适的山乌桕育苗密度为40株·m^-2。因此,适宜的GGR6处理浓度和单位面积育苗株数是培育山乌桕富根壮苗的关键。The GGR6 root-promoting treatment and seedling cultivation density experiment were carried out on the one-year-old seedlings of Sapium discolor.The results showed that GGR6 treatment could significantly increase the number of grade I lateral roots of one-year-old seedlings and form root-rich seedlings.With the increase of the number of seedlings per unit area,the ground diameter growth and quality of seedlings were decreased.Combined test results with production practice,the suitable seedling density of Sapium discolor was 40 plants·m^-2.Therefore,the appropriate GGR6 treatment concentration and the appropriate density were the key to cultivating strong seedlings of Sapium discolor with rich roots.
