摘 要:随着流程工业的发展,整体齿轮增速式透平压缩机和膨胀机的应用越来越广泛,振动特性的精准预测对转子安全稳定运行具有重要意义。本文研究多平行轴系-轴承-箱体混合动力学建模方法,将齿轮啮合特性、齿轮-轴承支反力对轴承动力特性系数的影响考虑进来,同时利用谐响应分析获得箱体上各个轴承座之间的振动传递函数,建立转子-轴承-箱体之间力与响应的作用关系,得到轴-齿轮-轴承-箱体整体离散模型。以某高速齿轮增速式膨胀机三平行轴系为例,建立混合模型并开展其动力学特性研究,归纳了有无啮合、有无柔性支撑对轴系固有模态特性的影响规律。将模拟仿真的结果同实际的齿轮箱振动结果对比,发现柔性支撑下的高速齿轮箱多平行轴系-轴承-箱体混合动力学模型更加精确,而且残余不平衡量的相位分布对临界转速有很大影响。With the development of process industry,the application of integral geared turbo-compressor and expander is more and more extensive.Accurate prediction of vibration characteristics is of great importance for safe and stable operation of rotor.This paper studies the multi-parallel shafting-bearing-box hybrid dynamic modeling method.The influence of gear engagement characteristics and gear-bearing reaction force on bearing dynamic coefficient is taken into account.At the same time,the vibration transfer function between the bearing seats on the box is obtained by means of harmonic response analysis,the relationship of force and response between rotor-bearing-box is established,and the integral discrete model of shaft-gear-bearing-box is obtained.Taking the three-parallel shafting of a high-speed geared expander as an example,a hybrid model is established and its dynamic characteristics are studied.And the influence of meshing and flexible support on the modal characteristics of shafting is summarized.By comparing the simulation results with the actual vibration results of the gearbox,it is found that the dynamic model of multi-parallel shafting-bearing-box of the high-speed gearbox under the flexible support is more accurate.And the phase distribution of residual unbalance has a great effect on the critical speed.
