摘  要:本文提出了双层鼓泡箔片动压气体止推轴承,其中鼓泡箔片采用球冠状凸起阵列作为弹性支承元件。通过调整双层鼓泡箔片厚度,轴承分片张角,可以实现轴承刚度的调节。并将双层鼓泡箔片动压气体止推轴承应用到直径17mm主轴透平膨胀机上,探索和掌握双层鼓泡箔片动压气体轴承的装配特性。对轴承进行多次启停性能试验,整个试验过程中,该新型结构轴承能够提供足够止推力,最大止推力在7.5×10^4r/min至9.5×10^4r/min时可达33.8N(0.05mm,60°张角)。Double-layer protuberant gas foil thrust bearings which foils with spherical shaped crown array have been used as elastic support structure have been presented in this paper.The bearing stiffness can be adjusted through using protuberant foil with different arrangment of the double layers based on the relative position of protuberant sturcture on the double-layers.The double-layer protuberant gas foil thrust bearing is applied in a 17mm rotor diameter turbo-expander.The charateristics of the double-layer protuberant foil thrust bearing has been explored.Start up and stop test of bearing have been repeated based on the feasibility research.Experimental results indicate that the double-layer protuberant foil thrust bearing is outperformed for the excellent start up and speed down performance as well as the high speed stability.The maximum axial bearing load reached 33.8N at 75000r/min^95000r/min(0.05mm,tile angle is 60 degree).
