摘　　要：在全密度聚乙烯车间气相法Unipol聚乙烯生产工艺中使用ICA新剂,分析了异戊烷冷剂的变化给产品质量所带来的影响。新剂试用期间,对工艺过程及产品性能无不良影响,反应系统静电、反应活性平稳无大幅度的波动,产品质量受控,最终产品为合格品。The new agent ICA was used in the production process of Unipol polyethylene by gas phase method in full density polyethylene workshop,The influence of the change of isopentane refrigerant on the product quality was analyzed.The new agent isopentane has no adverse effect on the process and product performance,The static electricity and reaction activity are stable without large fluctuation,the product quality is controlled,and the final product is qualified.
