摘  要:针对沥青管式加热炉炉管易结焦的情况,本文详细阐述了管式炉炉管结焦的机理和原因。结合国内多家单位管式加热炉的使用经验,从如何预防结焦上着眼,在设计、工艺操作方面提出了一系列的优化措施。同时对炉管结焦后的处理做了详细的阐述,结合实际经验,针对性的提出了解决该问题的方法。这些措施实际应用后效果较好,为加热炉的长期稳定运行打下了良好的基础。In view of the tar tube heating furnace tube easy coking situation,this article elaborated the tube coking mechanism and the reason.Based on the experience of many domestic tubular reheating furnaces,a series of optimization measures are put forward in terms of design and process operation in order to prevent coking.At the same time,the treatment of furnace tube after coking is described in detail,combining with practical experience,the method to solve this problem is put forward.The effect of these measures is better after practical application,which lays a good foundation for the long-term stable operation of heating furnace.
