摘　　要：油站库在油罐清洗方面大部分仍然采用人工清洗的模式,风险因素较大,与“安全第一、生命至上、环保优先”的理念严重不符,采用机械清洗的方式能够降低事故发生的概率、降低员工的劳动强度,但仍然有一些诸如残油处理、自动化等问题无法解决,这是我们还需探讨分析的。most of the oil tank cleaning in oil stations and depots still adopts manual cleaning mode,with large risk factors,which is seriously inconsistent with the concept of"safety first,life first,and environmental protection first".Mechanical cleaning can reduce the probability of accidents and reduce the labor intensity of employees,but there are still some problems such as residual oil treatment and automation that cannot be solved We still need to explore and analyze.
