摘　　要：LNG低温储罐已成为液化天然气接收站最关键的装置之一,应通过事前控制、事中控制、事后总结等措施进行全过程把控;指出储罐施工质量风险管控应进行源头质量控制,研究了LNG储罐混凝土施工过程中出现“麻面、蜂窝、孔洞、露筋、砼表面不平整、错台或裂缝”相对应的解决修补措施;经过质量事前控制及缺陷修补,2座储罐“桩帽、承台、墙体”质量均满足规范要求,达到了预期的效果,确保了项目工程质量。LNG cryogenic tank has become one of the most critical devices in LNG terminal,the construction quality should be controlled in the whole process through the measures of beforehand control,in-process control and afterwards summary.It is pointed out that the quality control of tank construction at the source should be carried out.The corresponding solutions and repair measures of"pockmarks,honeycombs,holes,exposed reinforcement,uneven concrete surface,wrong platform or cracks"are given respectively.After quality control and defect repair in advance,the quality of"pile cap,cushion cap and wall"of two storage tanks meets the requirements of the specification,achieves the expected effect,and ensures the project quality.
