摘　　要：乙烯装置碱洗塔的作用是脱除乙烯裂解气中的酸性气体,在运行过程中产生的黄油常导致设备堵塞并增加下游废碱液处理难度。本文针对碱洗塔黄油产生的原因及危害进行分析,总结碱洗塔内减少黄油的措施,展望了黄油处理的发展方向。Caustic washing tower of ethylene plant is to remove acid gas from ethylene cracking gas.The grease produced in the operation process will block equipment and toughen the treatment of spent caustic down stream.The paper introduces the cause and harm of grease in caustic washing tower,and summarizes the measures of reducing grease,finally prospects the development trends of grease treatment.
