摘 要:海上S油田是典型的疏松砂岩稠油油藏,水平井成为开发中后期主要井型,该类井出砂问题显著。结合岩石破坏出砂机理,分析出地质、完井、生产等方面影响出砂的主要因素。砂在水平井不同井段井下运移各具特点,可为出砂管理提供参考。小筛管再完井、小井眼侧钻、化学控砂堵水等技术在实践中获得显著效果,对典型疏松砂岩稠油水平井具有较好的适用性。offshore Oilfield S is a typical unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoir,and horizontal wells have become the main well type in the middle and late stage of development.In production practice,the problem is significant.Combined with the sand production mechanism of rock failure,the main factors affecting sand production are analyzed from the aspects of geology,well completion and production.The migration of formation sand in different sections of horizontal wells has its own characteristics,which can provide reference for the management of sand production.The technologies of small screen re-completion,slim hole sidetracking,chemical sand control and water plugging have achieved good results,which have good applicability for typical loose sandstone heavy oil horizontal wells.
