摘 要:原有吸附式自热再生压缩空气干燥器普遍存在抗干扰性差、生产工艺参数难以修改等问题,且未考虑节能需求。根据压缩空气干燥器的工作原理与工艺要求,设计干燥器吸附与再生周期图、时序图,将可编程控制器(PLC)与开关电源有机组合,实现了一体化智能控制。在PLC中按照标准应用,增加节能、自我修复等功能;设定不同的工作周期,对不同压力、温度、湿度下的空气干燥效果进行优化;采用三型聚丙烯(PP-R)、铝塑复合材料(PAP)等新材料替代原有钢材。经验证表明:压缩空气干燥器运行稳定可靠,成品气露点等技术指标满足要求,节能减排30%,维护费节约可达5000元/(台·年);同时实现了用材改进,降低了成本,增加了可靠性。The existing adsorption-type self-heating regeneration compressed air dryer has many problems,such as poor anti-interference,difficult to modify the production process parameters,and the energy-saving demand is not considered.According to the working principle and process requirements of the compressed air dryer,the adsorption and regeneration cycle diagram and sequence diagram of the dryer are designed.The PLC and switching power supply are organically combined to realize the integrated intelligent control.Per the standard program in the PLC,the functions including energy-saving and self-healing are added;the air drying effect under different pressure,temperature and humidity are optimized by setting different working cycles;new materials such as polypropylene(PP-R)and PAP are used to replace the original steel.The verification shows that,the compressed air dryer runs stably and reliably,technological indicators such as the dew point of finished gas meet the requirements,the energy saving and emission reduction reaches 30%,and the maintenance cost can be saved up to 5000 RMB/(set·year);in addition,the material improvement is realized,the cost is reduced,and the reliability is enhanced.
