摘  要:施工阶段是建设项目的重要一环,将BIM技术应用于建设项目施工阶段,有助于增强多专业、多主体间的协同效应,提升工程建设管理水平。以江南传统村镇住宅翻建项目为研究对象,结合其产业化建设模式,在施工阶段采用项目集成化管理理念,构建了基于BIM技术的4D(3D实体+时间)虚拟施工模型,实现了虚拟施工管理。BIM技术应用后,减少了施工变更,降低了施工成本,工程共计减少施工变更13个,累计节省施工成本135.94万元,并保证了施工质量与安全。BIM技术在村镇住宅建设中具有广阔的应用前景,为村镇工程施工管理提供了管理理论和方法支撑。The construction period is an important part of the construction project.The application of BIM technology in the construction period of the construction project will help to enhance the synergy effect on multi-disciplines and multi-subjects,and improve the management level of project construction.Taking the reconstruction project of Jiangnan traditional village and town houses as the research object,combined with its industrialization construction mode,the 4D(3D entity+time)virtual construction model based on BIM technology is constructed by adopting the project integrated management concept in the construction period,and the virtual construction management is realized.After the application of BIM technology,the construction changes and the construction cost are reduced:the construction changes reduce to 13 and the construction cost is saved by 1359400 yuan;moreover,the construction quality and safety are ensured.BIM technology has a broad application prospect in the village and town houses construction,providing management theory and method support for rural engineering construction management.
