摘 要:现代战机普遍通过挂载电子吊舱的方式提升其在电子对抗、侦察、导航和制导等领域的性能,采用冲压空气作为冷源的涡轮环控系统为吊舱提供充足冷量,使其安全高效地工作。具有膨胀轮、动力轮、压缩轮的TTC涡轮冷却器是环控系统的核心部件。本文对采用不同循环的环控系统进行了分析,针对TTC涡轮冷却器三轮系统的耦合特点,分别对涡轮中的膨胀过程和压缩过程进行了数值求解,以此为基础建立了耦合模型并进行了理论仿真和实验验证,最终根据数值计算结果对各参数间非线性的复杂耦合关系进行了量化分析。Electronic pods are widely applied in modern fighters to promote performances of electronic countermeasures,reconnaissance,navigation and guidance.The turbine environmental control system using ram air as cold source is capable of providing sufficient cooling power for the pod,and keeping the pod operating safely and efficiently.TTC turbo cooler with expansion turbine,powered turbine,and compressor turbine is the core component of environmental control system.This paper analyzed different environmental control systems,conducted numerical solution of expansion process and compression process in the corresponding impellers,aiming at the coupling feature of three-wheel system in the TTC turbo cooler.The coupling model was established and verified by theoretical simulation experiments according to the solution results.The complex nonlinear coupling relationship between the parameters was ultimately quantified based on the numerical calculation results.
