摘 要:为了改善PFPE润滑脂在真空环境下的摩擦学性能,用水热法制备了W掺杂花状MoS2粉末,将不同比例的粉末掺杂进PFPE润滑脂,采用真空四球摩擦试验机测试了润滑脂的真空摩擦学性能;采用光学显微镜、表面轮廓仪、扫描电子显微镜与X射线光电子能谱对磨痕表面进行了表征。结果表明:制备的W掺杂花状MoS2晶型较好地符合Mo(W)S2的晶型,其结构为纳米片的花状堆垛。将W掺杂花状MoS2掺杂至PFPE润滑脂中能够显著地提高润滑脂的真空摩擦学性能,随着添加量的增加,真空摩擦学性能逐渐提升。W掺杂花状MoS2能够通过物理吸附作用以及与金属发生摩擦化学反应的形式在摩擦表面形成转移膜,并通过与润滑脂中的氟碳基稠化剂共同形成转移膜,产生协同润滑作用。In order to improve the tribological performance of PFPE grease in vacuum,W-doped flower-shaped MoS2 powders were prepared by hydrothermal method.X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the MoS2 powders.The effect of theW-doped flower-shaped MoS2 content in the PFPE grease on the vacuum tribological performance were tested using a vacuum fourball friction tester.The surface of the wear scars were characterized by optical microscope,surface profiler,scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that the W-doped flower-shaped MoS2 crystal form well to the Mo(W)S2 crystal,and flower-shaped stacking of nanosheets combine to form the W-doped flowershaped MoS2 structure.The vacuum tribological performance of PFPE grease is improved as the amount ofW-doped flowershaped MoS2 powder increase.W-doped flower-shaped MoS2 can form a transfer film on the friction surface through physical adsorption and tribochemical reaction with metal.And it can be transferred to the friction surface together with the fluorocarbon-based thickener in PFPE grease,which produces a synergistic lubrication effect.
