摘　　要：柔性和惯性作为一个连续统一体的两端,在企业运营和发展中很容易相互转化,但企业如何利用关系网络最大限度地塑造战略柔性仍然是未解决的重要问题。基于此,文章以网络嵌入视角着重探讨了关系嵌入性对战略柔性的二重影响以及网络认知能力在两者之间起到的边界作用,并论证了战略柔性在关系嵌入性和创新绩效之间的中介作用。基于408家中小企业样本数据,对理论模型进行实证检验。回归结果表明:关系嵌入性与战略柔性之间呈现“过犹不及”倒U型关系;网络认知能力在关系嵌入性与战略柔性之间起到调节作用;战略柔性在关系嵌入性和创新绩效之间起到中介作用。研究结论将有助于理解战略柔性的驱动前因以及“嵌入悖论”的作用黑箱,对管理者通过提高组织网络认知能力、培育组织战略柔性应对过度嵌入的负面影响具有重要启示作用。Flexibility and inertia,as two ends of a continuum,are easy to transform into each other in the operation and development of enterprises.However,how to use the relationship network to shape strategic flexibility to the maximum extent is still an important unsolved problem.Based on this,from the perspective of network embeddedness,this paper focuses on the dual impact of relational embeddedness on strategic flexibility and the boundary role of network awareness ability between them,and demonstrates the mediating role of strategic flexibility between relational embeddedness and innovation performance.Based on the sample data of 408 SMEs,this paper empirically tests the theoretical model.The regression results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between relational embeddedness and strategic flexibility;network awareness ability plays a moderating role between relational embeddedness and strategic flexibility;strategic flexibility mediates the relational embeddedness and innovation performance.The conclusion of the study will help to understand the driving causes of strategic flexibility and the role of"embeddedness paradox",which has important implications for managers to deal with the negative impact of excessive embeddedness by improving organizational network awareness ability and cultivating organizational strategic flexibility.
