摘 要:根据大型模锻液压机不同产品的生产工艺特性,合理设计并配置泵站的动力系统。开发油泵直接传动+蓄势器流量动态补偿的混合动力驱动系统,对于降低油泵直接传动的大型模锻液压机的装机功率、以最少的资源消耗和制造成本生产高精度和高性能产品、降低设备建造投资及其能源消耗和长期运行成本具有重要的技术及经济意义。研究表明,混合动力驱动系统在350 MN多向双动复合挤压机上的应用,取得了显著的技术、经济效果,大幅度降低了设备装机总功率和能源消耗,提高了系统控制水平和能源运行效率,从而为大型模锻、多向挤压液压机传动系统的设计提供了一个性价比较高的解决方案。The power system of pump station was designed and configured reasonably based on production process characteristics of different products formed by large die forging hydraulic press,and the hybrid power drive system with direct drive of oil pump and dynamic compensation of accumulator flow was developed,which had important technical and economic significance to reduce the installed power of large die forging hydraulic press directly driven by oil pump,produce high-precision and high-performance products with the minimal resource consumption and manufacturing cost,and reduce equipment construction investment,energy consumption and long-term operating costs.The research shows that the application of hybrid power drive system in 350 MN multi-directional double-acting compound extrusion press has achieved remarkable technical and economic effects,greatly reduces the total installed power and energy consumption of equipment,improves the system control level and energy operation efficiency and provides a higher cost-effective solution for the design of transmission system of large die forging and multi-directional extrusion hydraulic press.
