摘 要:为了定量分析45钢表面感应淬火热处理后对表面磨损的影响,运用JMatPro软件通用钢模块得到45钢硬度大于50 HRC时的屈服强度。对某型号变速器倒档中间齿轮轴的实际工况进行分析,建立修正Archard磨损计算模型,并将齿轮轴外圆0.2 cm深度范围内对应的屈服强度作为修正的Archard模型的强度计算值,得到不同屈服强度对应的磨损量。并经耐久台架试验验证齿轮轴实际磨损量。结果表明,实际磨损量与理论计算值误差为7.26%,证明了使用修正Archard模型计算磨损量,将感应淬火表面硬度作为整体硬度的方法是可行、有效的。此方法的应用可节省新产品的开发周期及试验成本,对类似表面硬化后的材料磨损量的计算与预测具有一定的参考意义。In order to quantitatively analyze the influences of surface induction quenching heat treatment for 45 steel on surface wear,the yield strength of 45 steel when hardness was greater than 50 HRC obtained by the general steel module of software JMatPro.Then,the modified Archard wear calculation model was established by analyzing the actual working condition of reverse intermediate gear shaft for a certain type of transmission,and the yield strength corresponding to the 0.2 cm depth range of gear shaft outer cycle was taken as the strength calculated value in the modified Archard model.Furthermore,the wear amounts corresponding to the different yield strengths were obtained,and the actual wear amount of gear shaft was verified by the durable bench test.The results show that the error between the actual wear amount and the theoretical calculated value is 7.26%,which proves that the method of using the modified Archard model to calculate wear amount and taking the induction quenching surface hardness as the overall hardness is feasible and effective.Thus,the application of this method saves the cycle and test cost in new products development and has certain reference significance for the calculation and prediction of wear amount for similar material after surface hardening.
