摘 要:运用Workbench建立了以山东地区某35 kV输电线路杆塔和复合材料横担的有限元模型,在考虑了不同典型工况的力学条件下,对复合横担和整塔进行了应力和位移分析。结果表明,塔身结构与横担结构的设计满足要求,横担结构最危险工况为断线工况。研究结果可以为后续复合杆塔与横担结构优化以及同类型结构的设计与分析提供参考。The finite element model of transmission line tower and composite cross-arm in Shandong area of the 35kV transmission line was established by Workbench,the stress and displacement of the composite cross-arm and whole tower was carried out under the consideration of different typical working conditions.The results show that the design of tower structure and cross-arm structure meet the requirements,the most dangerous working condition of the cross-arm structure is the wire breakage condition.The research results can be used as a reference for subsequent structural optimization of composite tower and cross-arm structure and the design analysis of the same type structure.
