摘　　要：2020年4月,中共中央国务院印发了《关于构建更加完善的要素市场化配置体制机制的意见》,明确提出加快发展技术市场。成渝双城经济圈建设和技术市场转型升级是新时代西部大开发的新机遇,新时代新时期如何推动现代技术市场发展,下好成果转化的“先手棋”,建设成渝一体化技术交易市场是重要探索,打通两地科技成果转化通道,构筑起技术与文化、金融、人才的多极共生生态,对建设科技创新中心具有重要支撑作用。In April 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinions on building a more perfect market-oriented allocation system and mechanism of factors,which clearly proposed to accelerate the development of technology market.The construction of Chengdu Chongqing double cicy economic circle and the transformation and upgrading of technology market are new opportunities for the western development in the new era.How to promote the development of modern technology market,play a"first hand"in the transformation of achievements,and build an integrated technology trading market of Chengdu and Chongqing is an important exploration.It is necessary to open up the channels for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements between the two places and build a multi polar symbiosis of technology,culture,finance and talents It has an important support for the construction of science and technology innovation center.
