摘　　要：国家高度重视重要产品追溯体系的建设。目前我国羊只屠宰行业技术管理水平落后,覆盖草地羊养殖、羊只屠宰、羊肉加工、产品流通和消费等环节的全过程监管体系尚未形成。基于当前追溯方法的研究,构建了追踪定位和互联网相结合的全产业链追溯体系,实现草地羊产品的市场质量溯源保障。With the demand of food safety supervision,the state attaches great importance to the construction of traceability system of important products.At present,the technical management level of sheep slaughtering industry in China is backward,and the whole process supervision system covering sheep breeding,slaughtering,processing,circulation and consumption has not yet formed.Based on the research of current traceability methods,Philisense has constructed a whole industry chain traceability system combining tracking positioning and Internet to realize the market quality traceability guarantee of grassland sheep products.
