摘  要:电主轴输出转矩脉动强弱对其控制性能有重要的影响。当定子电阻的辨识结果有偏差时,定子磁链轨迹就会发生畸变,会使电主轴输出转矩脉动,因此研究如何抑制电主轴转矩脉动是非常有必要的。通过对电主轴转矩脉动分析,提出了直接转矩控制中生物地理学优化算法(Biogeography optimization,BBO)的应用策略。通过优化算法中算子、概率以及初始值改进BBO算法,改进型BBO算法增强了其开发能力和探索能力。结合非线性约束方程,将改进型BBO算法应用于电主轴转矩脉动的抑制。针对定子电阻辨识问题,提出了基于改进型BBO算法提高定子电阻在线辨识精度的方法,减小定子磁链轨迹畸变,达到了抑制电主轴转矩脉动的效果。针对调制波形中电压矢量作用时间细分的问题,提出了基于TRMPWM模型使用改进型BBO算法优化电压矢量作用时间,在不改变定子磁链轨迹的情况下,频率10Hz稳态时电主轴转矩脉动降低了66%。仿真表明:基于改进型BBO算法提高定子电阻在线辨识的精准度和优化TRMPWM中电压矢量的作用时间,实现了抑制电主轴转矩脉动的目的。The output torque ripple of motorized spindle has an important influence on its control performance.When identification result of stator resistance has deviation,the stator flux track will be distorted,which will cause the output torque ripple of motorized spindle.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to suppress the torque ripple of motorized spindle.Based on torque ripple analysis of motorized spindle,the application strategy of biogeography optimization(BBO)algorithm in direct torque control(DTC)is proposed.BBO algorithm is improved by optimizing the operator,probability and initial value.Improved BBO algorithm enhances its development ability and exploration ability.Combined with nonlinear constraint equation,improved BBO algorithm is applied to suppress the torque ripple of motorized spindle.In order to solve the problem of stator resistance identification,a method based on improved BBO algorithm is proposed to improve the accuracy of online stator resistance identification,reduce the stator flux track distortion,so as to achieve the effect of suppressing the torque ripple of motorized spindle.To solve the problem of subdivision of voltage vector action time in the modulation waveform,an improved BBO algorithm based on TRMPWM model is proposed to optimize the voltage vector action time.Without changing the stator flux track,the torque ripple of motorized spindle is reduced by 66%when the frequency is 10 Hz.Simulation shows that improved BBO algorithm can improve the accuracy of stator resistance online identification and optimize the action time of voltage vector of TRMPWM,and achieve the purpose of suppressing torque ripple of motorized spindle.
