口服降糖药联合长效胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的观察口服降糖药联合长效胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月江西省上高县人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者66例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组给予长效胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合口服降糖药治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后尿微量蛋白(ALB)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)及不良反应。结果观察组患者的总有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的78.79%(χ2=15.516,P=0.000)。治疗后2组患者ALB、FPG、HbA1c及2 h PBG水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的30.30%(χ2=14.222,P=0.000)。结论口服降糖药联合长效胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病效果显著,能改善患者血糖指标,且不良反应少,安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with long-acting insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 66 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Shanggao city,Jiangxi Province from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,33 cases in each group. The control group was given long-acting insulin therapy,and the observation group was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,urinary microalbumin(ALB),fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96. 97%) was higher than that in the control group(78. 79%)(χ~2= 15. 516,P = 0. 000). After treatment,the levels of ALB,FPG,HbA1c and 2 h PBG in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion Oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with long-acting insulin have a significant effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,it can improve the patient’s blood glucose index,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
