摘  要:为探求轴向柱塞泵回程球铰副中球铰的受力情况,建立吸排油2个区的柱塞和球铰的力学模型,并对球铰受到的法向压力进行分析计算。结果表明:回程球铰副受力最大区域分布在吸油区,适当的进油压力能改善回程球铰副的受力状况,提高泵的使用寿命。排油区柱塞受到的影响相对较小,球铰受到的最大法向压力约为吸油区的1/2;当回程球铰副出现磨损情况时应多从吸油区柱塞受力方面进行分析。研究结论对回程球铰副设计和配对材料的选择具有一定的指导意义。In order to explore the force on the spherical hinge on returning spherical pair of the axial piston pump,the mechanical models of the piston and spherical hinge in the oil absorption area and the oil discharge area were established,and the normal force on the spherical hinge was analyzed and calculated.The results show that the maximum force area on the returning spherical pair is distributed in the oil absorption area;the proper inlet pressure can improve the force condition on the returning spherical pair and improve the service life of the pump;the piston in the oil discharge area is relatively affected small,and the maximum normal force on the spherical hinge is about 1/2 of that in the oil absorption area;when the returning spherical pair wear occurs,the force on the piston in the oil absorption area should be more analyzed.The research conclusion has certain guiding significance for the design of the returning spherical pair and the election of the pairing materials.
