摘　　要：目的比较动静态小鼠胚胎培养方法的囊胚获得率。方法对20只雌性昆明小鼠行超促排卵后,进行体外受精。将获得的胚胎分为静态培养组(110个)和动态培养组(120个),分别使用静态培养和胚胎微脉冲震动仪动态培养。比较不同培养模式下卵裂的胚胎数和囊胚形成情况。结果动态培养组的囊胚率为92.5%,高于静态培养组的80.9%(P<0.05)。结论采用胚胎微脉冲震动仪进行体外胚胎培养可以提高囊胚率。Objective To compare blastocyst rate between dynamic and static embryo culture approaches in mice.Methods Superovulation treatment was performed on 20 female Kunming mice followed by in vitro fertilization.The embryos harvested were divided into static culture group(n=110)and dynamic culture group(n=120),receiving static culture and dynamic culture using the embryo micropulse vibroscope,respectively.The number of cleavage embryo and blastocyst formation were compared between the two different culture models.Results The blastocyst rate of the dynamic culture group was higher than that of the static culture group(92.5%vs.80.9%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the embryo micropulse vibroscope to in vitro embryo culture can improve blastocyst rate.
