中医耳穴贴压联合热敷在子宫输卵管超声造影疼痛管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医耳穴贴压联合热敷在子宫输卵管超声造影疼痛管理中的应用。方法:选择120例行子宫输卵管超声造影患者,随机分为耳穴贴压联合热敷组(A组)、肌内注射硫酸阿托品组(B组)各60例。比较2组在置管中、置管后5 min、造影中、造影后15 min的疼痛评分(数字评价量表法),以及除疼痛外其他不良反应及宫腔压力值。结果:①2组在置管中、置管后5 min、造影中疼痛评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);2组在造影后15 min疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②除疼痛外其他不良反应发生率A组21.8%(12/55),B组41.1%(23/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③2组在造影中宫腔平均压力值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医耳穴贴压联合热敷能有效缓解子宫输卵管超声造影术中疼痛,作为非药物治疗,其温和安全,无不良反应,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the application of the traditional Chinese medicine auricular-plaster combined with hot compress therapy in the pain management of hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(HyCoSy).Methods:A total of 120 patients underwent HyCoSy were randomly divided into auricular-plaster combined with hot compress therapy group(Group A),intramuscular injection of atropine group(Group B).The pain scores,other adverse reactions except pain,and uterine pressure data of the two groups were observed during the catheterization,5 min after catheterization,during the HyCoSy,15 min after extubation.Results:①There was no statistically significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).②During the catheterization,5 min after catheterization,and during the HyCoSy,there were no significant differences in pain score between the two groups(all P>0.05).15 min after extubation,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③The incidence of adverse reactions except pain was 21.8%in Group A and 41.1%in Group B.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).④There was no significant difference in the average pressure of uterine cavity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine auricular-plaster combined with hot compress therapy can effectively relieve pain in the process of HyCoSy,as a non-drug treatment,it is mild and safe,has no side effects,and has high clinical application value,especially in patients with contraindications to the use of analgesics and those who are unwilling to use drugs for analgesia.
