摘 要:目的探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定填充祛皱凝胶中维生素E含量的测量不确定度。方法采用HPLC测定填充祛皱凝胶中维生素E的含量,根据测量过程,建立含量计算数学模型,对不确定度的来源进行分析和量化,计算合成相对标准测量不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 HPLC测定填充祛皱凝胶中维生素E含量的合成相对标准不确定度为9.79×10-3,扩展不确定度为0.20μg/ml,测量结果表示为(10.96±0.20)μg/ml,k=2。结论本法建立的不确定度评定方法合理、可靠,对检测结果的判断有重要意义。Objective To explore the measurement of uncertainty of vitamin E content in filling and removing wrinkle gel by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). Methods HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of vitamin E in filling and removing wrinkle gel. According to the measurement process, a mathematical model was established to analyze and quantify the sources of uncertainty. The combined relative standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were respectively calculated. Results The combined relative standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the determination of vitamin E content in filling and removing wrinkle gel by HPLC were 9.79×10-3 and 0.20 μg·m L-1, respectively. The measurement result was(10.96±0.20)μg·m L-1,k=2. Conclusion The method of evaluating uncertainty is reasonable, reliable, and very important to judge the test results.
