摘　　要：体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)转运作为一种特殊的转运形式,可在为急性呼吸循环衰竭患者提供抢救性治疗的同时,通过ECMO转运网络,为患者转运至高级生命支持中心赢得时间.本文就ECMO转运网络的概念、发展、构成,ECMO转运流程,转运期间并发症及转运网络建设的困难和意义进行介绍,旨在通过建立ECMO中心,形成ECMO转运网络,从而推进我国ECMO转运工作的开展.As a special form of transport,extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)transport can provide rescue treatment for the patients with acute respiratory and circulatory failure,and at the same time can win time for the patients transported to advanced life support centers by ECMO transport network.This article introduces the concept,development and composition of the ECMO transport network,the ECMO transport process,the complications during the transport and treatment methods,and the difficulties and significance of the transport network construction.Aims is to promote the development of China's ECMO transport by establishing an ECMO center and forming an ECMO transport network.
