布地奈德、沙丁胺醇联合甲泼尼龙辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德、沙丁胺醇联合甲泼尼龙辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月-2019年10月泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院收治的毛细支气管炎患儿60例,根据病例单双号随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德、沙丁胺醇联合甲泼尼龙辅助治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率为93. 33%,显著高于对照组的66. 67%(χ2=22. 211,P=0. 001)。观察组憋喘、哮鸣音、肺部啰音及咳嗽消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P <0. 01)。2组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论布地奈德、沙丁胺醇联合甲泼尼龙辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可提高临床疗效,缩短症状消失时间,且安全性高,具有积极影响作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide,salbutamol combined with methylprednisolone in the adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Methods 60 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Quanzhou Women’ s and Children’ s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with budesonide,salbutamol and methylprednisolone on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance,length of hospitalization and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group( 93. 33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 66. 67%)(χ~2= 22. 211,P = 0. 001). The disappearance time of breathe,wheeze,pulmonary rales and cough in the observation group and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Both of groups had no serious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Budesonide,salbutamol combined with methylprednisolone in adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis in children has good curative effect,shortens the time of symptom disappearance,and has high safety,which has a positive effect.
