摘　　要：AAAC-Z242规格导线采用6201铝合金型线和圆线绞线结构。由于该导线中6201铝合金Z/S型线单线截面非常小,对生产装备、设计和工艺技术综合实力提出了重大考验。对该导线产品的结构设计、铝合金杆的生产工艺、型线模具设计和拉制、时效工艺处理、型线的绞制进行了阐述。经过周密设计和精心生产,成功研制和生产了超小规格6201铝合金Z/S型线及AAAC-Z242规格导线。AAAC-Z242 conductor adopts the stranded structure composed of 6201 aluminum alloy shaped wires and round wires.Because the section of 6201 aluminum alloy Z/S-shaped single wire is very small,a major test for the comprehensive strength of production equipment,design and process technology is put forward.The structure design of the conductor,the production process of the aluminum alloy rod,the die design and drawing of the shaped wire,the aging process treatment and the stranding of the shaped wire are described.After careful design and elaborate production,the super small specification 6201 aluminum alloy Z/S-shaped wire and AAAC-Z242 conductor have been successfully developed and produced.
