摘　　要：在国家大力实施精准扶贫政策之后,中国贫困状况得到了很好的改善,但精准扶贫仍然存在不足之处,无法根治贫困现状,农村存在的限制经济发展的因素将无法迅速得到解决。本文通过对贵州省当地贫困地区的调查和研究,利用到JavaWeb等核心技术,结合贵州省贫困地区发展现状,设计和实现了一个功能完善的帮扶平台,从各个方面为广大贫困人口提供帮助。After the country vigorously implemented the targeted poverty alleviation policy,the poverty situation in China has been improved,but there are still deficiencies in targeted poverty alleviation,which cannot eradicate the current poverty situation.The existing constraints on economic development in rural areas cannot be resolved quickly.In this paper,through the investigation and research of the local poverty-stricken areas in Guizhou Province,using JavaWeb and other core technologies,combined with the development status of the poverty-stricken areas in Guizhou Province,we have designed and implemented a fully functional help platform to provide assistance to the poor population in all aspects.
