20世纪40年代陕甘宁边区的卫生防疫事业探析

摘　　要：陕甘宁边区是抗日战争时期中国共产党建立的革命根据地,其卫生防疫事业是陕甘宁边区公共医疗卫生事业的重要组成部分。20世纪40年代,由于长期的封建迷信、战争、灾荒、不良的卫生习惯等因素,陕甘宁边区疫病流行十分猖獗,人畜病发率和死亡率较高,这对边区社会经济发展以及集中人力、物力、财力坚持抗战构成了极大的威胁。面对这一严峻形势,陕甘宁边区在党和边区政府的正确领导下,逐步采取一系列卫生防疫措施,于1940年至1949年间不仅保障了边区广大人民群众的身心健康,支援了抗日战争和解放战争的胜利,而且为中华人民共和国成立后医疗卫生事业的发展积累了丰富的经验,提供了有益的借鉴。The Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region is the revolutionary base area established by the Communist Party of China during the War of Resistance against Japan,and its health and epidemic prevention is an important part of the public medical and health undertakings in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region.In the 1940s,due to the long-term feudal class exploitation,feudal superstition,war,famine,poor hygiene habits and other factors,the epidemic in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia border region was rampant,the incidence of human and animal diseases and mortality was high,which posed a great threat to the physical and mental health of the people in the border region,social and economic development,and the concentration of human,material and financial resources to persist in the War of Resistance against Japan.Faced with this grim situation,in 1940-1949,under the correct leadership of the Party and the border governments,the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border Region gradually adopted a series of health and epidemic prevention measures.it not only guaranteed the physical and mental health of the masses in the border region,but also supported the victory of the Anti Japanese War and the liberation war,and accumulated rich experience for the development of medical and health services after the founding of the people's Republic of China,It provides a useful reference.
