摘  要:随着我国经济发展,公路和铁路建设投资明显增加,路网密度显著提高,不可避免地出现新建桥梁跨越既有路线,特别是跨越高速公路、铁路等重要线路。为尽可能减小桥梁施工对线下运营的影响、保证线路交叉施工安全,转体施工方法被广泛应用。以兴延高速公路上跨京包铁路立交桥工程为背景,结合工程实际对转体施工关键技术及质量控制措施进行研究;在流程控制、转体前准备、转体时间计算及控制、桥梁转体等环节进行设计优化。施工过程中对重点部位施工全过程进行监控量测,依据实时数据指导施工,最大程度降低了对线下运营的影响,提高了施工速度、缩短了工期,具有良好的经济、社会效益。With the needs of China's economic development,the investment in highway and railway construction has increased significantly,and the density of road network has shown a clear upward trend.Therefore,it is inevitable for new bridges projects that cross existing lines,especially important lines such as expressways and railways.To minimize the impact of bridge construction on the operation of Beijing-Baotou Railway and ensure the safety of line crossing construction,the swivel construction methods have been widely used.The key technology and quality control measures o£the swivel construction are introduced in detail on the background of the overpass project on the Beijing-Baotou Railway over the Xingyan Express,and the design optimization is earned out in the links of process control,preparation before turning,calculation and control of swivel time,and bridge swivel.During the construction,through monitoring and measuring the whole construction process of key parts and guiding the construction according to real-time data,the impact on the operation of the Beijing-Baotou Railway is minimized to the greatest extent,the construction speed is increased,the construction period is shortened,and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
